The view from my room at The Glenstone was simply stunning. I could see the charming house across the street and enjoyed a lovely city view. The pool view from certain units was also delightful. One memorable interaction was when the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a specific room with a balcony. It was a thoughtful touch that made my stay extra special.
The seating area with a sleeper sofa was a bit worn and could use some updating.

It made my trip to Gatlinburg a quite comfortable experience. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, my every need was addressed. The hotel was in a great and amazing location walking distance to a national park and mountains. The venue was set in a new area.
The room I booked was a little small!

The chocolate croissants at The Glenstone were a divine treat, elevating our mornings. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the Gatlinburg strip and top pancake house was a major win. The clean, quiet rooms and cozy balcony overlooking the city and mountains added a charming touch to our stay.
While the hotel is undergoing renovations, our experience was marred by construction noise, subpar amenities, and unfulfilled promises of compensation. If you value peace and comfort, steer clear for now.

As a senior woman, I absolutely adored the charming decor in the lobby and common areas of the hotel. The cozy furnishings and beautiful floral arrangements created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it a delightful place to relax and socialize. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made it easily accessible for senior guests like myself, allowing us to explore the nearby attractions without any trouble.
I would have appreciated better assistance from the children of the staff in ensuring that the breakfast area was more readily accessible and accommodating for senior travelers.

Our suite was mind-blowing! Two sofa beds, two bathrooms, and a full dining set. The pool area, with a fireplace in the room, was super! The exceptionally friendly staff went above and beyond, even helping me find a nearby doctor when I needed it. Staff super nice!

The pool is great, fantastic buffet at breakfast, and our room was comfy and clean. 🏊 Rooftop terrace lovely to chill, and jacuzzi was a nice touch for relaxation after a day of exploring. Only downside was the limited parking situation; had to trek to overflow lot, especially tough for my elderly mom. But overall, had a fab stay, would return for sure!

The recently renovated hotel provided spacious and comfortable large Suite accommodations, perfect for the entire family. The charming hotel offered multiple spaces for mingling, morning meditation, and outdoor games, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its location was ideal, allowing us to easily access the award-winning Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and other popular attractions in Gatlinburg.
My kids wished for a quieter pool area for a more relaxing family time.

I loved this low budget hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. Had facilities needed in my tradition queen room, including central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was favourable and the staff was exceptionally nice during the whole stay!
